A family-run business, Valentine celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2022. On May 10, the Romanel-sur-Morges-based factory opened its doors for a guided tour, topped off by a tasting of two famous ultra gourmet dishes cooked in the Valentine fryer: frites and malakoffs. GastroJournal was there, as was chef Philippe Ligron, a fervent fan of the Swiss brand.
