All our products are designed and manufactured at our plant in Romanel-sur-Morges, Switzerland.
How do I apply for a warranty?

What should I do if my deep fryer breaks down?
Contact the retailer who supplied your kitchen appliance, or contact our team directly by completing this contact form.
What should I do if the fryer's red light stays on?
Reset the safety thermostat by pressing the button located behind the door, next to the switch for CORE and EVO fryers, and behind the housing for table-top fryers.
Where to place the lid of a CORE or EVO fryer?
Slide it into the door, where a slot is provided.
What is the warranty period for Valentine products?
A 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical problems.
Do Valentine appliances comply with international safety standards?
All our devices are CE, UL and SABER certified.
Where can I find the user manual for my device?
User manuals can be downloaded using the QR code on the fryer door, or on the back of the housing of table-top fryers.
Can I order accessories directly from Valentine?
Accessories can be ordered via our e-shop, for Switzerland only. For other countries, they can be ordered from Valentine dealers.
