DID YOU KNOW?
With summer just around the corner, I couldn't resist talking to you about a custom sometimes shared by our fellow human beings: the aperitif!
Drunk or sober, this moment is so important, especially at a time when we're sometimes so far apart.
This recipe is so simple and yet so delicious! I had to share it with you for several reasons:
First and foremost, because fish is an essential part of our gastronomy.
Not only for its indisputable nutritional qualities, but also for its organoleptic qualities. Its aromas and tastes often transport us to vacation memories!
Throughout the centuries, fish has also earned its letters of nobility through its strong connection with Christianity. Initially an emblem of the early Christians, fish became an alternative food for people who were unable to eat
meat, not only for religious reasons, but also for health reasons.
I'd be remiss if I didn't mention a subject close to my heart: craftsmanship. It's a diverse one, and it also involves our fishermen, who aren't in the best of shape these days. This is due to increasingly strict standards, but above all to a lack of popular fish such as perch. We all too often forget that our lakes are also inhabited by other fish just as interesting as our national perch!
I hope these little fried bleak will bring you even more happiness in your everyday life!
Cheers!
